The “Test” Workout

Looks like they changed the official WLC prelim workout. It looks like it is the same as last year.

Here is the workout:
OFFICIAL WLC Workout
Complete as many reps as possible (AMRAP) in 11 minutes of:
800m Run (1/2 mile) (or 1,000m Row); followed by
75 Squats; followed by
50 Sit Ups; followed by
25 Push Ups; followed by
as many Burpees as possible in time remaining.
Count ALL reps completed in under 11 minutes
(squats + sit ups + push ups + burpees) as your
score

Or we can do the other one that was on the WLC web-site. It is still 11 mins, just different exercises.
1 mile run (or distance less than 6 mins)
30 Air Squats
30 Sit ups
30 Plank Ups
40 Lunges
40 bicycles
40 push ups
50 jump squats
50 flutter kick
50 mt climbers
100 burpees

We will take a concensus in the morning tomorrow.
