  1. Women of Crossfit = Strong challenge is started. You can see the challenge on the Crossfit Vancouver Island Facebook page.
    3910 lbs per doay for 14 days as an individual.
    3910 reps by October 29 as a group.
    We have made a pretty good start. Throw your reps up on the board, even if you are not doing the individual challenge. All the reps will count to our 3910 total.
